Use your existing PC + Webcam + Public/Private Network.  A maximum of 50 participants may be on the call with up to 8 visible at a time.  Any mix of desktops and/or video conference room systems can participate in the same conference.

This is an image of a person who could be the director of engineering who is working from home for the day. He can now participate in 4 meetings today occurring all over the country as well as be home with his sick child who is staying home from school.

This is an image of a possible VP of Sales. The VP works at a remote location from the corporate office. The off-site office may not be able to justify the cost of their own video conferencing room-based system. No special network is required. The video session typically works over the same network connection the remote office is already using.
